We had a sewer backup in our home and GF came in immediately and extracted the water, pulled our floors and cut Sheetrock on 5 walls. We had a dehumidifier and several fans for drying for over a week, then they came in and completely gutted the bathroom and replaced everything. They were very respectful and always working. Marvin and his crew was excellent and so was the restoration crew.

We had major water damage due to broken pipes. Good Fellas immediately came to our house which is located about 90 miles away. Ruben was great leading the mitigation and rebuild, and Kim was such an outstanding advocate for us while dealing with our insurance company. Everything was completely professional from the beginning to the end. I cannot recommend Good Fellas enough. A++!

I had a burst pipe the day after Christmas 2022, causing damage to my ENTIRE home and they came to the rescue immediately. Ruben and his team were on time, professional and extremely helpful. It was really great to have a team of people come in who you instantly felt like you could trust, during such a distressing time. I would absolutely recommend them.

A plumber referred us to Chris the day the sewer back up happened. He came that day (a Saturday), called our insurance company on site and had people here on Monday to remove our furniture. They carefully packed and protected everything for transport and storage. His employees came several days to get wood floors and sheet rock removed, set up fans and treated for mold. We would highly recommend Good Fellas for mitigation.

Good Fellas came in and from the start made me reassured everything was going to get taken care of. Matthew took on my house insurance with his professionalism, and exact requests for repair and replacement of damage. And more! I now have a beautiful paint and carpet. I highly recommend!

This was my first time using this company and I am highly impressed. Melissa Palmares took my call and was very professional and a very easy to work with. She answered all my questions and stayed in constant contact to keep me updated. Chris Campisi and Ruben Reyes came out to do the assessment of the water damage. They were very courteous, knowledgeable and honest with what was needed. Will recommend to any and all beyond 5 star service.
